Blair Peach Juniors

After School Club - In the summer of 2010, tutor Emma Hill ran an after school club called Blair Peach Radio, creating programmes that could be heard through the school’s website. Subjects included imagining a press conference for Rio Ferdinand ahead of the World Cup and a hard-hitting interview with President Obama following the climate change talks in Copenhagen. Pupils would pretend to be the interviewer and interviewees – often making for some fiery exchanges!
