In this four hour workshop we combine story telling with practical excercise to provide an overview of the basics of filmmaking. You will work in groups to come up with your own idea and watch clips of famous scenes and examine why these ideas worked. We also look at the roles in film including a Director, Producer and learn the basics of a digital camera. You will also get a chance to try out different styles of shots in your groups.
